The Declaration of Independents

When in the course of Minnesota events it becomes necessary to break the bonds of extreme partisanship, special interest pandering and divisive politics that have paralyzed our government, it is the Right and Duty of the People to choose an independent path dedicated to restoring principles and values that have long defined Minnesota as a state that works.

We hold these truths to be self evident; our strength is derived from individuals seeking both personal success and the common good, and a better Minnesota depends on its People accepting greater personal responsibility and joining together for a stronger community...
