State rates are non-commissionable to advertising agencies. Tourism rates apply to tour operators, day cruises, Florida attractions, southeast US hotels/tourist boards. Co-op Effective Jan. 1, 2007 (2.2M) click to download Manufacturers, distributors and dealer groups qualify for CAP advertising rates if ads are paid in part or in full by the participating dealers' co-op advertising dollars. These rates apply to advertisements listing one or more dealers in a single ad. Co-op rates are commissionable to advertising agencies.
