These rate cards include Automotive, Business and Service Directory, Employment, Merchandise, National, Real Estate, and a General subject which contains Color Rates, Special Features, Closing Times, Circulation and the Classified Index.

Retail rates are applicable to advertising placed by permanent, qualified retail outlets located within the state of Florida selling direct to consumers. Retail rates are non-commissionable to advertising agencies. Direct questions to Carol Manning.

Communications

Advertising placed by businesses providing any of the following services:

• Telephone (local access & long distance)
• Telephone Listings (print and electronic)
• Cellular telephone
• Wireless paging/messaging
• Cable television
• Online access
• Television/cable/radio stations offering internet access or online non-paid service to viewers or listeners Internet access
• Satellite dish TV programming
• Satellite systems communications services

State & Tourism

State rates are available to distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers and brokers located in the state of Florida. State rates are non-commissionable to advertising agencies. Tourism rates apply to tour operators, day cruises, Florida attractions, southeast US hotels/tourist boards. All tourism rates are net and non-commissionable to advertising agencies. Financial

Financial rates apply to the businesses or individuals engaged in the financial banking, investment or insurance (other than health) industry provided there is a physical location in the local marketplace to conduct person to person transactions. This category includes security and brokerage firms as well as advisory services. Financial rate ads must include a local phone number and address.

Co-op

Manufacturers, distributors and dealer groups qualify for CAP advertising rates if ads are paid in part or in full by the participating dealers' co-op advertising dollars. These rates apply to advertisements listing one or more dealers in a single ad. Co-op rates are commissionable to advertising agencies.

CAP rates are applicable to dealer advertising for businesses located in the state of Florida. Direct questions to Pat Haskins.
