Purification of the body occurs for two days. At this time, not allowed to eat solid food. Only drinking is allowed, and in very large quantities. Also, the use of healthy food is allowed, but only in small quantities.

  • noon – any lean meat 120 grams in boiled form and a portion of stewed vegetables;
  • throughout the day you can use vegetable broth;
  • for an afternoon snack you can eat 100 g of natural yogurt;
  • evening only vegetable broth.

Thus it is necessary to drink a lot of water. This will help accelerate the process of cleansing and triggering mechanisms to reduce weight.

Madeleine Jest’s five-day diet

After cleansing, weight loss begins. For 5 days, you should adhere to a strict menu, which consists of:

  • a glass of cold water with the addition of a small amount of lemon juice on an empty stomach;
  • cups of hot unsweetened cocoa in an hour;
  • in another hour and a half, any fruit (to choose from);
  • fat-free curd 200 grams, a handful of any berries or two fruits, natural honey bee (up to 2 tbsp);
  • for a snack a small handful of dried fruits;
  • before dinner for 30 minutes a glass of water with the addition of lemon juice;
  • dinner about 200 grams of boiled chicken breast with steamed green vegetables.

This menu should be followed for 5 days. The menu is rather meager, but it helps to quickly eliminate unnecessary kilograms. If at the end of the diet, you feel that you can still hold out on such a diet, please! But remember that every diet is a stress for the body and can provoke the development of various diseases.

Therefore, it is recommended to visit the attending physician before you go on a diet, and after it, to identify possible complications. If your body has had a normal diet and you have not been able to achieve the desired results, then you can repeat the diet again, but without the cleansing phase.
