Bigg Boss OTT 3: From Payal having twins through IVF, Kritika's serious miscarriages to changing name from Sandeep to Armaan; A look at the controversial lives of the Maliks

The Maliks aka Armaan, Payal and Kritika are currently locked in the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house. The controversial family has two wifes and 4 kids. Three sons and one daughter, Chirayu, Tuba, Ayan and Zaid. In a podcast with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, the trouple got candid about their marriage, love story and kids.

Before being Armaan Malik, I was Sandeep and I began my journey from Delhi. I had come to the city with just Rs 2000. My mother was suffering from cancer, I didn't have Rs 35,000 for treatment and she passed away. Before that my father passed away due to his drinking issue. The person who was supposed to give me a job came three days late and I didn't want to go back home so I slept in the park nearby and ate at the dargah. That is how my belief got inclined towards dargah and later due to the work that I used to do, I changed my name from Sandeep to Armaan.

Payal used to work at the Bank, and I used to often go there to deposit the money. Payal and I had a spark and I asked her for marriage, at first she refused but next day she removed all her jewellery and came to my place. We spent a night at my place and then we got married in the temple. Payal then pushed me to do court marriage. Since then, it has been 13 years Payal has not gone home.

There came a time when three of us had gone on different paths. Payal went back to her parents with our son, Kritika had left home, and even I left. This was very serious, when Kritika entered our family, after 5-7 months, things began to get worse. People started talking against us and we all got separated.

Payal and Kritika are best friends, they met through a common friend. Payal and Kritika used to stay close by so they started meeting and then Kritika was invited for Chiku's birthday party and then we exchanged numbers to share the pictures. One day then Kritika called me saying, 'Jiju I am stuck in an issue in the Police station, if you can help.' I went there and got her out of the matter. We lied at the police station that Kritika was my fiance.

While dropping her off, I told Kritika that I liked her and I would like to get married to her. In a few days, we ended up getting married. After the marriage, things were going good but then we had that phase where we all got separated.

For a very long time, people were commenting on our vlogs that we had a fake pregnancy. When we had our babies then people questioned where the kids came from. Our daughter Tuba was born premature during the twin pregnancy so people commented that the kids' faces didn't match them and all.

One day, I told Payal and Kritika that we should have three kids, so that two each would get divided between them. It was not possible for Payal to get naturally pregnant so we went for IVF, while Kritika had conceived naturally during the same time. Kritika and I went to Kashmir for 5 days, while Payal's IVF was on. However, the first cycle turned out negative and Kritika was pregnant. We did Payal's IVF again and she was pregnant. We kept all of this quiet because Kritika had earlier gone through serious miscarriages.

In the recent episode of Bigg Boss, Payal and Kritika shared, “Ek dusre ke mann mein logon ne itna Zeher ghoul diya ke Teri usse Shaadi horahi hai toh Tera Pati tujhse Cheen legi. Iska toh pati hai tujhe humesha Daba ke rakhegi ye Woh, you are second wife tujh par humesha thappa rahega. Isko alag baatein boli Mujhe alag, Woh joh phase tha Na and it went for one and a half year. I can’t express those things in words (People poisoned our minds so much that they told her, "If you marry him, your husband will be taken away by her." They said to me, "She already has a husband, she will always dominate you, and you will always be seen as the second wife." We were fed different stories, and that phase lasted for a year and a half. I can't express how difficult those times were in words). Then Chiku ke papa, Payal and I sat together for two days Aur sab khul ke baat kari kya hai kya nahi hai. That’s when we realised we don’t have anyone else apart from each other. We then sorted everything one by one and slowly our love got stronger and now bond is very strong.”
