Here’s everything you need to know about Sika Anoa'i

WWE Superstar Roman Reigns took to social media to express his gratitude for the support following the passing of his father.
Sika followed in his brother's footsteps, beginning his training in the early 1970s and making his Stampede debut in 1973. The Wild Samoans entered the WWF in 1979 and won the WWF Tag Team Championship twice during their initial run. During a break from the company, they competed in New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Mid-South, and Georgia Championship Wrestling.
When Afa and Sika returned to the WWF in 1983, they reclaimed the WWF Tag Team Championship, holding the title for several months that year. In 1986, Sika returned once again as a singles competitor before later teaming up with Kamala.
After his remarkable career, Sika co-founded The Wild Samoan Training Facility with Afa, where they trained future WWE Superstars, including Batista. Sika's legacy continued in WWE through his sons, Rosey and Roman Reigns, and the rest of his legendary family. In 2007, The Wild Samoans received WWE’s highest honor by being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, cementing their status as one of the greatest tag teams of all time.

The Wild Samoans were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2007 and the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2012. Sika’s impact on wrestling extended beyond his in-ring accomplishments; he was a pivotal figure in the renowned Anoa’i wrestling family, which has produced numerous WWE superstars with Hall of Fame careers. His son, Roman Reigns, is currently one of the most prominent figures in wrestling, upholding the family tradition of excellence in the ring.
WWE has released a statement expressing their sadness over the passing of Sika Anoa’i, a WWE Hall of Famer, one-half of The Wild Samoans tag team, and father of Roman Reigns.
"Regarded as a legend in the sports-entertainment industry, Sika was best known for teaming with his brother, Arthur “Afa” Anoa’i Sr., in the iconic tag team The Wild Samoans. The duo’s fearsome presence and unhinged style made them massive stars for WWE in the late ’70s and early ’80s as they dominated the tag team division, winning the championship on three separate occasions."
“In 2007, The Wild Samoans were bestowed with WWE’s highest honor when they were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, where they will be eternally enshrined as one of the greatest tag teams of all time”.
“WWE extends its condolences to Anoa’i’s family, friends and fans”.
