Kangana Ranaut comes in support of Raveena Tandon after she is attacked: 'We condemn such rage outbursts'

On Sunday, a video went viral on the internet where a man accused that Raveena Tandon's car has hit his mother. Her driver was in the car, post which Raveena came to support the driver and started assaulting his mother in a drunk condition. However, a Mumbai Police official has now reported that Raveena's car did not collide with anyone. According to the cop, CCTV footage from the vicinity of the building where the incident occurred showed that women were in close proximity to the actor's car but were not hit.The video showed a group accusing Raveena and her driver of assaulting three women.
Amidst this incident, Kangana Ranaut has come in support of Raveena. The actress was appalled with this incident and she said, "What happened to Raveena Tandon ji is absolutely alarming; had there been 5-6 more people in the opposite group, she would have been lynched; we condemn such road rage outbursts; those people must be reprimanded. They must not get away with such violent and poisonous behaviour."

She urged that some action should be taken against such people.
Meanwhile, ETimes had reached out to the cops for the full story. The police, however has rubbished reports about assault and head injury, and also clarified that no complaint has been filed in the case. Speaking about the case, DCP Raj Tilak Roshan told us, "Raveena Tandon's driver was taking a reverse to park the car, and around that time, the other party was passing by and started shouting 'gaadi chala rahe hai' (they are running over us). And nothing happened, the car has not even brushed against any of them. They started fighting and Raveena also came out and she started to fight with them.''
Source close to the actress told us that Raveena was alone at home with her children and she only came to save her driver who was being mishandled by them. The cop further added that no complaint has been filed by any party at the police station.
